Requirements

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Active state license or IMLC (willing to license)
• ERCP and EUS required

• Procedures: ERCP, EUS
• Volume: ~10 consults/day; 2–5 procedures/day (varies)
• Support:
  • Anesthesia support for procedures
  • Mid-level support for consults (not procedures)
