Floyd Lee Locums is seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider for a locum tenens opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role combines inpatient and outpatient care with a focus on liver and pancreas surgical cases. Oncology or surgical oncology experience is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Start: As soon as credentialed
• Assignment Length: Through November 2026
• Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Schedule Structure: Four 10-hour days referenced
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
• Procedures: Not required
• Coverage Reason: Increased patient volume and leave coverage

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide care to inpatient and outpatient patients
• Manage hospital patients and consults based on current census
• See approximately 15–25 patients per outpatient clinic
• Support liver and pancreas surgical care
• Collaborate with the established clinical team

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Provider with Gastroenterology experience
• Oncology or surgical oncology experience preferred
• Comfortable managing both inpatient and outpatient patients
• Ability to support a busy surgical specialty practice
