• Schedule:
  • Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Call: None
• EMR: Athena (preferred experience)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 6 and older
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health evaluations and wellness visits
• Provide health education and lifestyle counseling
• Deliver occupational health services as needed
• Document patient encounters in the electronic medical record

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
• Active state license
• Minimum of 2 years of Family Practice experience
• Primary Care and Acute Care experience required
• BLS/CPR certification
• Active DEA, if applicable
• Occupational Medicine and Workers' Compensation experience preferred
• Athena EMR experience preferred
