Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- No call
Responsibilities
- Full-scope family medicine (ages 3+)
- Preventative care and chronic disease management
- Sports/school physicals and wellness visits
- Well woman exams and Pap smears
- Workers’ compensation cases
- Participation in wellness programs (diabetes management, weight management, smoking cessation, etc.)
Practice Details
- Patient Population: Ages 3+
- Patient Volume: Standard primary care volume
- Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants onsite
- Onsite dispensary available
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Active state license required
- 2–3+ years of experience preferred
- Comfortable seeing pediatric patients (ages 3+)
