Requirements
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Completed Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine residency
- Active unrestricted Louisiana medical license or IMLC
- DEA with Louisiana address
- ACLS and PALS
- ATLS required if not ABEM certified
- Ability to supervise NP/PA providers as applicable
- Two years of case logs required
