Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform emergency procedures, including moderate sedation
• Manage a broad range of emergency presentations
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient care using EPIC
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active New York NP (with NY RN license) or PA license
• Active New York DEA registration
• Current AANP or ANCC certification (NP) or NCCPA certification (PA)
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Experience providing emergency medicine care
• Competency in moderate sedation
• Case logs and continuing education documentation required for credentialing
