Requirements
- Active NY NP or PA license
- NP: Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification through AANP or ANCC
- PA: Current NCCPA certification
- Active NY DEA with required schedules
- ACLS and PALS required
- Moderate sedation competency required
- Case logs for the previous 2 years
- 50 Category I CME credits from the previous 2 years
- Must meet facility credentialing and health requirements
