Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-Hour Lunch Included
- No Call Requirements
- Overtime Paid at 1.5x After Scheduled Shift
- Holiday Rate: 1.5x Standard Rate
Practice Details
- 268-bed hospital
- Hybrid EP Lab and Clinic workflow
- Cerner EMR
- Adult cardiology patient population
- Clinic volume: 20–22 patients per day
- Hospital consult volume: 3–4 consults per day
- EP lab volume: 4–6 procedures per day
Procedures & Clinical Responsibilities
- Electrophysiology consultations and management
- Left-sided ablations
- Advanced EP procedures
- Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
- Independent moderate sedation
- Electrophysiology mapping and procedural guidance
- Abbott EnSite X Mapping System utilization
Requirements
- Board Certified Electrophysiologist
- Active Arizona License or eligible for Arizona licensure
- DEA required
- ACLS certification required
- Experience with Abbott EnSite X Mapping System required
- Experience performing moderate sedation independently required
- Must demonstrate 100+ EP cases within the last two years with emphasis on ablations
- Case logs required for presentation (no exceptions)

- No call responsibilities
- Ongoing coverage need through December
- Approximately 30-day credentialing timeline
- COVID and Flu vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions accepted)
