Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Three Weeks Per Month
• Seeking One Consistent Provider for Continuity of Care
• Light Call Coverage as Needed
  • Call Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Practice Details

• Mixed outpatient and inpatient cardiology practice
• Outpatient clinic coverage three days per week
• Stress test supervision one day per week
• Inpatient consults as needed
• Epic EMR
• Coverage provided across two facilities:
  • Outpatient clinic and stress testing services
  • Hospital consultative cardiology coverage
• Established solo physician practice with APP support currently in place

Clinical Responsibilities

• General cardiology patient evaluations and follow-up care
• Supervision and interpretation of stress testing
• Cardiology consultations
• Cardiac imaging interpretation
• Coordination of care across outpatient and hospital settings

Preferred Experience

• Nuclear cardiology interpretation experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred

Requirements

• Board Certified Cardiologist
• Active New York Medical License required
• DEA required
• Current AHA or RQI certifications
• Strong outpatient and consultative cardiology experience
• Ability to commit to three weeks per month for assignment continuity
