A hospital-based anesthesia program is seeking two BC/BE Cardiac Anesthesiologists for full-time locum tenens coverage beginning November 2026. This opportunity is focused primarily on solo cardiac cases with a mix of scheduled clinical coverage and call. (Job ID: 51668)

Details

• Start Date: November 1, 2026
• Full-time coverage
• Cardiac coverage: Approximately 3 days per week, 7am-7pm
• Weeknight unrestricted call: 7pm-7am
• Weekend and holiday unrestricted call coverage required
• Primarily solo cases
• Case mix includes cardiac, trauma, ENT, GI, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, pulmonary, general surgery, urology, and bariatrics
• Two openings available

Requirements

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology
• Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship required
• TEE certification required
• Experienced physicians preferred; new graduates considered
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the assignment location
