A healthcare organization in Eastern Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with cardiac fellowship training for locum tenens coverage. This assignment offers scheduled weekday coverage with call responsibilities and the opportunity to provide care across a variety of complex cardiac procedures.

Assignment Details

• Setting: Inpatient
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Coverage Blocks: Multiple one-week assignments available
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts
• Call: Overnight and weekend call required
• EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for cardiac surgical procedures
• Support thoracic, vascular, and structural heart cases
• Perform transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
• Provide general OR anesthesia coverage as needed
• Occasional supervision of CRNAs

Requirements

• Board Certified in General Anesthesiology
• Cardiac Anesthesiology fellowship required
• TEE certification required
• Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography testamur status required
• Active Nebraska license or IMLC preferred
• Clean malpractice and background history preferred
