FLL Team Member Graduates from Accelerated Leadership Discovery Program
At Floyd Lee Locums, we work every day to invest in our clinicians, clients, and communities. But we are equally committed to devoting time and resources to advancing our own employees’ knowledge and skills. That’s why we are so pleased when we get to celebrate the accomplishments of one of our team members.
In January, our Healthcare Consultant Lauren Brandon graduated from the Leadership Discovery program, facilitated by the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. Leadership Discovery is a mentor-based, three-month program meant to accelerate leadership qualities and skills in high performers within the Charleston, South Carolina area.
Throughout the intensive, emerging business and community leaders get to learn from experienced regional leaders, as they work through complex problem-solving, leadership profile assessments, and business communication knowledge-building. The result: a foundation of peer relationships, community connections, and newfound skills that can be applied to business immediately.

Floyd Lee Locums is a staunch believer in letting our investments and relationships transform into community impact. That’s why we have bolstered our relationships throughout our own Charleston community these past several years. In fact, we have seen several levels of participation with the Charleston Metro Chamber alone.
Previously, we were thrilled to have our Sales Support Manager, Desmond Jefferson, participate in Leadership Charleston, a year-long program on developing community leaders. Subsequent to that, our CEO Natasha Lee joined the Chamber’s Executive Committee to help guide the future of our city’s direction and investments.
One such investment Lee immediately made was by signing up to be a mentor in this very program. With that full circle involvement in Leadership Discovery—as both mentors and participants—we hope to bring our employees and community closer to our organization’s mission of “serving those who serve others” and doing good in our communities.
