1. Eligibility
The Floyd Lee Locums “Win a Piece of Charleston” 2026 APP Week Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who:
• Are 18 years of age or older;
• Are a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant/Associate (PA), Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA), Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), or Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS);
• Hold an active professional license or certification, as applicable to their profession, in good standing in the United States; and
• Are currently practicing in the United States.
Previous locum tenens experience is not required.
Floyd Lee Locums reserves the right to verify a potential winner’s identity, professional licensure or certification, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 21, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by answering: “What’s your favorite thing about being an APP?”
Submit your response using one of the following methods:
• Facebook or Instagram: Comment on an original, official Floyd Lee Locums APP Week Giveaway post published by Floyd Lee Locums. Comments made on shared or reposted versions of a Giveaway post are not eligible.
• Text: Text your response to (843) 310-0629.
• Email: Email your response to marketing@floydleelocums.com.
• Email Reply: Reply directly to a Floyd Lee Locums APP Week promotional Giveaway email with your response.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
4. Entry Limit and Requirements
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person, regardless of entry method. Submitting responses through multiple entry methods will not result in additional entries. Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules may be deemed ineligible.
5. Winner Selection, Odds and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information or social media account associated with the winning entry. Selection as a potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an original painting of the Charleston, South Carolina cityscape by W. Thomas McQueeney. The painting is framed and measures approximately 30 inches x 40 inches, including the frame. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $4,000. Floyd Lee Locums will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another alternative.
7. Prize Claim and Verification
The potential winner must respond to Floyd Lee Locums and claim the prize within 48 hours of notification. Before awarding the prize, Floyd Lee Locums may require the potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to verify identity and eligibility, including professional licensure or certification. If the potential winner does not respond and claim the prize within 48 hours, cannot be verified as eligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, Floyd Lee Locums may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other costs associated with accepting the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being provided by Floyd Lee Locums. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for Floyd Lee Locums to satisfy applicable tax reporting requirements.
9. Privacy and Use of Entries
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, satisfying applicable reporting requirements, and delivering the prize.Floyd Lee Locums | 2026 APP Week Giveaway Official Rules Page 3 Participation in the Giveaway does not, by itself, grant Floyd Lee Locums permission to use an entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, or Giveaway response for promotional or marketing purposes. Floyd Lee Locums may separately contact an entrant to request permission to share or feature their response or other content.
10. Facebook and Instagram
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering through Facebook or Instagram, participants acknowledge that the Giveaway is administered by Floyd Lee Locums and not by Facebook or Instagram and release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility arising from the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Floyd Lee Locums rather than Facebook or Instagram.
11. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Floyd Lee Locums regarding the administration of the Giveaway. Floyd Lee Locums reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended, subject to applicable law. Floyd Lee Locums reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
