CEO Natasha Lee Named to SIA’s 2025 Staffing 100 List for 2nd Consecutive Year

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has recognized Floyd Lee Locums’ CEO and Co-founder Natasha Lee in its prestigious 2025 Staffing 100 North America list. This marks Lee’s second consecutive year on the list, which honors healthcare staffing executives who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, particularly in navigating the challenges posed by the evolving workforce landscape. This is SIA’s 14th year for the Staffing 100 North America list.

Lee’s recognition comes as the staffing industry continued to face significant turbulence in 2024. A downturn in temporary staffing, accelerated change due to new technologies, and ambiguity about the industry were just a few challenges. However, Lee successfully navigated the company through this uncertainty, highlighting her resilience and her ability to lead in times of adversity.

Remarkable Milestones and Industry Accolades

Lee’s innovative concierge approach to locum tenens staffing continues to set benchmarks for excellence in healthcare staffing. In 2024, her leadership resulted in Floyd Lee Locums receiving the Grand Prize in SIA’s Best Places to Temp For the third time in five years. Last year also saw Floyd Lee Locums named as Grand Prize Winner for Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work for the second consecutive year and securing SIA’s Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms and Largest Locums Staffing Firms lists for 2024.

Lee’s leadership has also led to personal accolades in the last year. She was named a South Carolina Biz News “Woman of Influence” and was included in Charleston Magazine’s Charleston 50 Most Influential People list.

Lee’s leadership is also evident in her team’s accomplishments. Senior VP of Growth Jenn Schultheis was named to SIA’s 2024 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for driving efficiencies and innovation across the company’s government relations, client services, and business development teams. Floyd Lee also partnered with Aspire-Luke Joint Venture, LLC to support the Department of Veterans Affairs with a 10-year contract valued up to $23 billion.

Broader Impact and Initiatives

Lee’s influence extends beyond the confines of Floyd Lee Locums, as she has championed initiatives in philanthropy, humanitarianism, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Lee has been a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the business world. She serves as an Executive Coach for the Minority Business Accelerator Program in Charleston, SC, which pairs young minority businesses with executive and financial coaches for a year of mentoring. This program aims to amplify successful minority businesses in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina, contributing to a more diverse and inclusive business landscape. Lee also served again on the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Executive Steering Committee, speaking at various local business events to promote wellness and success and teaching masterclasses for young entrepreneurs and leaders.

Within the company, Lee’s We Serve program encourages employees to engage in community service in their own communities on company time. In 2024, employees volunteered for more than 700 service dates, including responding to Hurricane Helene and the Omaha, Nebraska tornadoes. More than 20 employees organized a company packing party for Lowcountry Period Pixies while several team members participated in Flagstaff’s ARTx. Overall, the We Serve program benefited 104 organizations across the United States in 2024.
