Floyd Lee Locums has once again earned national recognition, securing the 26th spot on Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 list of Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the U.S. Each year, SIA evaluates staffing firms based on their compound annual growth rate for U.S. staffing revenue over a four-year period, this year from 2020-2024. To qualify, firms must have generated at least $1 million in revenue in 2020 and achieved a minimum growth rate of 15%, excluding mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
Out of hundreds of contenders, only 99 firms met the rigorous criteria for 2025, making Floyd Lee Locums’ placement in the top 30 a significant achievement.
