Charleston Staffing Firm Adds Key Vice President to its Roster

Charleston, SC, July 28, 2022 – Today, Floyd Lee Locums announced the expansion of its senior leadership team to include a new Vice President of Engagement. Naming Tim Rogers to the post, the staffing firms gets a leadership veteran experienced in business growth and development. In his role, Tim will bolster and oversee the organization-wide concierge positioning for which the company is known—and manage go-to-market engagement strategies with clients and partners.

“Tim joining us ushers in a new era of engagement and of a concierge locums experience that we have been gaining ground on,” said Co-Founder and CEO Natasha Lee. “His knowledge and background will help us amplify and accelerate our results in this area. He is a consummate professional with deep experience in the engagement realm. We are fortunate to have his expertise and perspective.”

In Tim’s role, he will be responsible for nurturing, building, and leading programs to support personal connection and healthy relationships with providers and clients. Overseeing the Concierge and Sourcing teams, Tim’s focus will be on thought leadership and clinician satisfaction, ensuring the organization is delivering an exceptional experience to connect on a deeper level with providers, both new and tenured.

“I’m beyond thrilled to join the Floyd Lee Locums team at an exciting time in the company’s growth,” said Vice President of Engagement Tim Rogers. “Floyd Lee Locums is on the cusp of taking customer service to the next level, and the intentionality will differentiate us in the national locums marketplace. I look forward to building out and scaling the already impressive concierge and engagement strategies. I have a deep passion for creating relationships that both see and fully understand the needs of the provider while elevating the bar to assure lasting value and heightened engagement.”

Already an influential player in locum tenens, Floyd Lee Locums continues to extend its reach and grow its footprint in the healthcare staffing space. Since launching its company and concierge model just over 5 years ago, the company has received countless accolades and awards for its growth, thought leadership, and culture. Tim Roger’s joining the organization is the next logical step in the company’s pursuit of excellence in staffing and delivering high-quality clinicians to the patients and communities that need them. Prior to joining the company, Tim was the Senior Vice President over Membership for the past six years with the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
