Charleston, SC, July 28, 2022 – Today, Floyd Lee Locums announced the expansion of its senior leadership team to include a new Vice President of Engagement. Naming Tim Rogers to the post, the staffing firms gets a leadership veteran experienced in business growth and development. In his role, Tim will bolster and oversee the organization-wide concierge positioning for which the company is known—and manage go-to-market engagement strategies with clients and partners.

In Tim’s role, he will be responsible for nurturing, building, and leading programs to support personal connection and healthy relationships with providers and clients. Overseeing the Concierge and Sourcing teams, Tim’s focus will be on thought leadership and clinician satisfaction, ensuring the organization is delivering an exceptional experience to connect on a deeper level with providers, both new and tenured.
