Meet Our Team: LaVonne Proctor
As a Concierge Coordinator, LaVonne is responsible for coordinating direct marketing efforts, including lead sourcing, distribution, follow-up and reporting. She also partners with team members throughout the organization to coordinate clinician travel, back-up payroll and finance, and support team training.
LaVonne joins the Floyd Lee Locums family and the healthcare industry after previously working in customer service roles. She is used to ensuring partners have a positive working experience and providing support services to optimize client relationships.
In her free time, LaVonne enjoys playing with her two daughters, Evelynn and Nia. A transplant from Seattle, she plays basketball, dances, and keeps up on reality TV and celebrity news. LaVonne has even auditioned for MTV’s Real World!
